Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Seller Information

This website and store are operated by Ingrid Johanne Hagen (artist name: Ingrid Hagen).

2. Products and Prices

We sell original paintings and limited edition prints. Prices are in NOK and exclude VAT. Original artworks over NOK 2,000 include a 5% BKH art fee. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

3. Payment

Payment is due at purchase. Orders are shipped only after full payment confirmation. Accepted methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped directly by Ingrid Hagen within 5 business days.
  • Domestic (Norway) delivery: 2–7 business days; shipping calculated at checkout.
  • International delivery: varies by country and customs. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • Tracking info provided when available.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
  • If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, the buyer pays return shipping.
  • Original paintings are boxed securely; prints are shipped flat or in tubes.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

  • Buyers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, if the item is returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, except for errors or damages caused by us.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item.

6. Damages and Complaints

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact post@ingridhagen.com within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We may offer replacement or full refund.

7. Copyright & Reproduction

All artworks and website content are owned by Ingrid Johanne Hagen. Purchase grants ownership of the physical artwork only. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written permission. Contact post@ingridhagen.com for permissions.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to website use, delivery delays, or customs handling. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Norwegian courts unless mandatory local law applies.
